One of the greatest movies of all time, Titanic, may have its return to theaters. James Cameron, the director of Titanic, stated in an interview that he plans to release Titanic in 3D. The reason behind the revival of the film in theaters is because of the popularity of 3D films in Hollywood. Putting together Hollywood’s second most grossing film in the box office and spectacular 3D effects will lead to huge profits. As a fan of the movie Titanic I can’t wait for it to be released again. Cameron says that he plans for the movie to be released in the year 2012 for the 100th year anniversary of the historical event when the ship sank. Even though that may seem like a while to wait for many, I don’t mind the wait as long as the movie does follow through to be shown in theaters. Titanic is one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. It is one of the few that can be watched numerous amount of times and can still be compelling from beginning to end. I think Cameron’s new move will be successful to keep his fans and to make a profit.
